Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assimilate requirements for project setup

  • Understand business processes , define attributes and map business processes in projects

​

  • Interact and liaison with customer users and the internal team

​

  • Implement the mapped business process and demonstrate to customers with their data.

​

  • Ensure highest quality of the software delivery to clients

​

  • Conduct product training and hand hold the customer on working procedures

​

  • Ensure completion of project delivery milestones as per schedule

​

  • Create the required implementation documents (Scope document, Configuration document, UAT).

​

  • Help define the scope of customization, Iterate and deliver

​

  • Provide product demos and help the sales team in securing deals

​

  • Assist the development team by providing inputs for product development

​

  • Analyze Activity in a project and provide regular feedback to the clients
